From first call to launch, and beyond.

Five phases, each with its own deliverables and sign-off. You always know what is happening, what is next, and what it costs.

OUR PROCESS

A process you can
plan around.

Agency timelines slip for predictable reasons: vague scope, late content and feedback that arrives in fragments. We front-load the decisions that cause those problems, so the build phase stays boring in the best way.

01

Discovery

We learn your business, audience, competitors and goals through a focused discovery session, so every decision that follows has a reason behind it.

YOU GET

  • Kickoff workshop
  • Audience and competitor research
  • Project brief

IN DETAIL

What happens in
each phase.

01

Discovery

Before anything else we want to understand what you sell, who buys it and why they choose you over the alternative. That means a workshop with the people who talk to customers, a review of your analytics and a look at what your competitors are already doing well.

  • Kickoff workshop
  • Audience and competitor research
  • Project brief
02

Strategy

Strategy is where we decide what the work has to achieve and how we will know it worked. You get a structure to react to before anyone spends a week on visual design, which is the cheapest moment to change your mind.

  • Positioning and messaging
  • Sitemap and user journeys
  • Scope and timeline
03

Design

We design the real pages with real content, not lorem ipsum over a stock photo. You see desktop and mobile for every key template, plus the component library that keeps everything consistent as the site grows.

  • Wireframes
  • High-fidelity UI design
  • Design system and components
04

Development

Builds happen on a staging site you can visit at any time. We test across real devices, tune Core Web Vitals, wire up analytics and set the CMS up around the things you will genuinely want to edit.

  • Responsive front-end build
  • CMS and integrations
  • Performance and QA testing
05

Launch & Support

Launch day is a checklist, not a leap of faith: redirects mapped, search console configured, analytics verified, backups running. Then thirty days of included support while real traffic finds the edges.

  • Launch and handover
  • Training and documentation
  • Ongoing support and growth

GROUND RULES

How we keep projects
on track.

Agreed review windows

Feedback rounds are scheduled in the plan with a date attached. Consolidated comments from your side, one response from ours.

One decision-maker

Everyone can have an opinion, but one person signs off. It is the single biggest predictor of whether a project lands on time.

Scope changes get quoted

New ideas are welcome. They come back as a short written change with a price and a timeline impact, so nothing creeps silently.

FAQ

Questions about the process.

Most of the effort is in the first two weeks — the workshop, content decisions and sign-off on structure. After that, expect two to three review rounds of roughly an hour each.

Projects slow down when feedback arrives piecemeal from five people, so we ask for one consolidated response per round.

That is normal, and it is the most common reason timelines slip. We agree a content plan in the strategy phase with owners and dates, and we can write it for you if that is faster.

Yes. If you have a finished design system we can pick up at the build phase. We will do a short review first to check it is complete enough to build from without guessing.

Tell us early and we will park the project cleanly at the nearest phase boundary, with everything documented. Restarting from a clean pause costs far less than restarting from the middle of a build.
