Terms of Service
The terms that apply to using this website and to engaging us for design, development and marketing work.

Agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you engage us for work, the signed proposal or statement of work takes precedence wherever it differs from this page.
Using this website
You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell or systematically scrape content from this site, or use it in a way that damages the site or restricts anyone else from using it.
Quotes and proposals
Quotes are valid for [30] days and are based on the scope described in them. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts — we will not absorb it silently or bill you for it by surprise.
Payment
- Projects are typically invoiced [50%] on acceptance and the balance on completion, unless the proposal sets out phased milestones.
- Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
- Invoices are payable within [14] days. Late payment may pause active work and may attract statutory interest.
Your responsibilities
Projects depend on both sides. You agree to provide content, assets, access and feedback within the timeframes agreed in the plan, and to nominate one person who can approve work on your behalf.
Where delays on your side push a project beyond its schedule, we may need to reschedule remaining work around other commitments.
Revisions and changes
Each project includes the number of review rounds stated in the proposal. Additional rounds, or changes to an approved direction, are quoted as a written change request with any timeline impact noted.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you — designs, source files, code and content we produced.
We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and components, licensed to you perpetually for use in the delivered work. Third-party assets such as fonts, plugins and stock imagery remain subject to their own licences, which we will identify.
Unless you ask us not to, we may show the work in our portfolio and case studies.
Third-party services
Projects often rely on third-party platforms, hosting and plugins. We will recommend reputable options, but we are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or terms.
Warranty and support
We warrant that delivered work will materially match the agreed specification and will fix defects reported within [30] days of launch at no charge. The warranty does not cover changes made by others, third-party outages, or new requirements.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data.
Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement with [14] days’ written notice. You pay for work completed and costs committed up to that point; we hand over everything produced so far in a usable form.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always try to resolve things by conversation first.
