Harbourline Realty
A property brand with strong listings and a website that was losing them. We rebuilt both, and enquiries followed.
The challenge
[Client Name] had the listings and the local reputation, but the website was eight years old and built for desktop. More than seven in ten visitors arrived on a phone, where the search filters collapsed into an unusable column and the enquiry form sat four scrolls down.
Agents were fielding most enquiries by phone, which meant no record of where leads came from and no way to tell which marketing was working. Page speed was poor enough to be hurting rankings for the suburb searches that mattered most.
What we did
We started with a week of discovery: interviews with three agents, a review of six competitor sites, and a look at two years of analytics to see which pages actually produced enquiries.
That shaped a new structure built around the way people really search — by suburb and budget first, by property type second. We designed a listing experience that works thumb-first, with filters that stay visible and a short enquiry form attached to every property rather than hidden on a contact page.
- New information architecture and search flow
- Custom design system for listings, agents and suburbs
- Headless build with the existing listings feed
- Technical SEO, schema markup and redirect mapping
- Enquiry tracking wired into their CRM
The outcome
The new site launched with a full redirect map, so existing rankings carried over. Within the first quarter, mobile enquiries overtook phone calls for the first time, and the team finally had attribution for every lead.
